Delivery & Returns
Our shipping options are:
- Basic – Hermes tracked (3-5 days) – FREE on all orders
- Standard – Yodel tracked (2-3 days) – £2.50 or FREE on orders over £29.99
- Premium – DHL tracked (next day) – £5.00 or FREE on orders over £99.99
(For next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day).
All packages are sent via recorded courier service and will require a signature upon delivery.
Please contact us by email to email@example.com if your delivery does not arrive within the expected time period.

Please check that your order is correct upon receipt.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us of this decision by email to email@example.com with your order reference number and intent to cancel. We can only accept items that are in resealable condition, i.e., unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will then provide a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the items. We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item. We also recommend that you use an insured, trackable delivery service.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org attaching photos of the items where possible, and letting us know your order reference number. We aim to respond to messages within 48 hours. Please note that some investigations can take longer.
We will advise you of your return’s number and how to arrange the return. We will provide a replacement or refund within 14 days. We will also refund your return postage costs if the item is faulty or damaged.
We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the items. Please do not return faulty items without a returns number.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty under testing, then you will be required to pay the cost of return postage to us.-
