Top Tips
Make sure that you cut all vegetables to a similar size, to ensure even cooking throughout your dish! With stir fry veggies, you really don’t want to get both soft and crunchy pieces. To get the most flavour out of your garlic, you should gently warm it up along with the oil, instead of adding it to hot oil. This infuses the garlic into the oil, creating a fuller garlic taste!
When cooking with CBD, it’s also important to not heat it too high, as this makes it less effective. That’s why we recommend using CBD Oil as a wellness topper at the end of your cooking, to avoid wasting any of it.
